Product Return Policy

All sales final, no cash or other refunds. Opened items can be exchanged for same item only. All compatible inks and toners have a 30 day warranty. All OEM products have a manufacturers warranty only. Florida Toners liability shall be limited to replacement or reimbursement of ink or toner cartridge only. The tampering of any cartridge by any persons voids all warranties and releases Florida Toners from all liability. All returned checks will be subject to a $35 service charge. All late payments are subject to 1.5% interest monthly. All returns or exchanges must have original sales receipt. 

30 Day Product Guarantee

We will replace your compatible ink or toner for 30 Days of purchase— with the following restrictions:

In order to receive a replacement on your product, any returned ink product must be returned at least 70% full.

OEM ink or toner can only be replaced by the original manufacturer, not at our store.

Any and all warranty claims or requests for refund must be accompanied by original receipt

As long as your product qualifies, we will replace your product for 30 (Thirty) Days from date of purchase with original receipt. Just contact us via email at returns@floridatoners.com and follow our Easy Return Directions

What does Risk-Free mean?

Unlike many other companies there are no hidden costs or hurdles to getting a replacement:

We only required that you the original receipt to get a replacement.

We have a 30 Day return policy from the date of purchase.

We want you to feel confident enough to plan ahead and stock up with several cartridges. 

Returns and Exchanges

The following return policies and procedures have been established for all Florida Toners purchases, these polices may be updated and or changed without notice and written policies in store may be additional and apply to all purchases in store or online.

All of our products are backed by a 30 Day 100% satisfaction guarantee. Problems happen from time to time and we want to assure you that the appropriate action will be taken to replace the cartridge with a properly working unit

Please email returns@floridatoners.com for replacement of a problematic cartridge.

Unopened Merchandise - Unopened cartridges, may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase for a limited refund of the purchase price as a store credit towards an exchange for another cartridge. Please keep in mind that item must be unopened and return must be accompanied by original receipt.

Opened Merchandise - Remanufactured Cartridges - If you find and we confirm that your cartridge has a defect it may be exchanged within 30(Thirty) Days of purchase if accompanied by original receipt for an exact same replacement cartridge. Please keep in mind that shipping charges are not refundable. Contact us at 954 – 765 – 6281, M-F 10am-4pm EST to set up a replacement.

Laser Toner Cartridges - If you find and we confirm that your cartridge has a defect it may be exchanged within 30(Thirty) Days of purchase if accompanied by original receipt for an exact same replacement cartridge. Ink Cartridges - If you find and we confirm that your cartridge has a defect it may be exchanged within 30(Thirty) Days of purchase if accompanied by original receipt for an exact same replacement cartridge. Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) - Cartridges Name brand cartridges (Apple, Canon, Compaq, Epson, Hewlett Packard, Lexmark, etc.) are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranties only. If you have a defective item, please contact the manufacturer to verify the manufacturers' warranty. We do not accept returns of OEM cartridges.

Shipping Charges - Shipping charges are nonrefundable

Physical damage voids the warranty. Depletion of ink is not covered, and voids warranty. The warranty applies only to supplies and not to the printer used with the supplies. Please use caution when removing or replacing cartridges. Florida Toners will not be responsible for damage to clothing or household items or any other items due to ink spillage.

Refunds - All sales are final, no cash or other refunds. No refunds on any orders, including OEM cartridges.

Exchanges - If you have ordered the wrong product, or if you have purchased a new printer and the product you previously bought does not go with your new printer you can exchange the product for a limited store credit towards another cartridge as long as it is unopened and falls within our 30 Day return policy. If the box has been damaged, opened or any seals broken we are not able to accept this product for an exchange.

For any items being returned we recommend that you pack items securely. Put open cartridges in a reseal able plastic bag to prevent ink leakage. Write your name and the RMA number on the outside of the package. We also recommend using carriers like UPS or FedEx because they provide tracking numbers. If you send the package through US mail, please use the Delivery Confirmation service. Customers are responsible for the secure return of merchandise and for return shipping charges. Florida Toners will not be responsible for packages lost by the carrier.

A proper RMA number is needed to make returns so please contact us before sending products back. For assistance, call us at 954-765-6281 or contact us at returns@floridatoners.com. Shipping an item back is at the sole expense of the purchaser and not Florida Toners regardless of whether the item is defective, or if we sent the wrong item, or for any other reason the item is being returned.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns or refunds or exchanges at our sole discretion. All sales are final, no cash or other refunds. Florida Toners is a Florida Corporation. If you would like to return any of our products for an exchange or refund please bring or send them to the address below. Make sure you contact us for return instructions and completely fill out any required forms we indicate and write your order number and return number down on the outside of the return package. Please indicate on the return form if you would like to receive an exchange for the items you are returning. No Refunds. If you wish to exchange your products we will apply limited store credit toward your new order. A new order number will be issued and an email will be sent to you at the close of our business day. All returns and exchanges are processed or reshipped within 7-10 business days of the products arriving back to us.

We only accept unopened products back for return within 7 days or any products for exchange within 30(Thirty) Days with original receipt after the purchase was made. Only products purchased from Florida Toners can be returned for an exchange and unopened products must be in sellable condition. Florida Toners is not responsible for products that are past our warranty period or not purchased from our company. If we receive products that do not qualify for a refund or replacement, they will be refused or sent to a recycling center. Please make sure to contact us at (954) 765 - 6281 before returning any products.

We guarantee that every transaction you make at Florida Toners should be safe. By purchasing any product from us you agree that all liability is held by the purchaser, you, and not Florida Toners or any of our parent or affiliated companies. We are also not liable for any damage caused to any printer or any other object or persons. We are only responsible up to the amount that the individual cartridge costs. Please refer to your bank for any credit card issues you may have. This means:

In the unlikely event that there is an unauthorized charge to your card as a result of using our secure servers, please contact your bank about any fraudulent charges.
 

Will your products void my warranty?

MAGNUSON-MOSS WARRANTY IMPROVEMENT ACT

A manufacturer of a printer you are using cannot void your warranty because you use a cartridge remanufactured or manufactured by someone other than the printer manufacturer. This prohibition includes use of compatible cartridges, etc. For more detailed information, please read the MAGNUSON-MOSS WARRANTY IMPROVEMENT ACT below regarding printer warranties and the use of products such as ours.

(c) No warrantor of a consumer product may condition his written or implied warranty of such product on the consumer's using, in connection with such product, any article or service (other than article or service provided without charge under the terms of the warranty) which is identified by brand, trade or corporate name; except that the prohibition of this subsection be waived by the commission if:

The warrantor satisfies the Commission that the warranted product will function properly only if the article or service so identified is used in connection with the warranted product.

The Commission finds that such a waiver is in the public interest.
